Ask your self. Is the US military going to go with an unknown AI developer for Drone Warfare over Google?
The US is not the only country with a military. There are plenty of countries that could deploy drones for security or other reasons, while the US government protects its advanced technologies.
Moreover, they don't have to sell to the military. If they've developed technology that has solved certain military problems, it could be patented and perhaps used for commercial projects. Just as n example, the US space program resulted in thousands of commercial products and patents. Again, we're assuming there's even a Ukrainian military connection here.
Ask yourself, how many smaller companies with patents and technology or both have been purchased by bigger companies or worked out a collaboration in the past years?
