DeMarco was head of FHFA

As I understand it - from a far (The Paulson stories of 2008 suggest god knows what happened) --- TREASURY told DeMarco what to do and he did it

Not saying Treasury is not part of the EXECUTIVE
Still do not believe COURTS are always the answer and more power to courts - taken from agencies is always good
No immediate answer to the failure of the legislative branch to WAKE UP
