If Elba AL is the location for SNPW's US Solar Panel Manufacturing facility (per photo provided by SNPW) and funding for the project is near completion (per tweets of , "State offering Property Tax as well as Sales and Use Tax Abatements for 10 years at 75%' and Foreign Trade Zone reports submitted for that location) than a logical assumption would be that SNPW just might be on the agenda of "The Elba Industrial Department Board will have a meeting on January 19, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. at Elba City Hall".
