It really isn't, as no one can predict future performance, with 100% certainty.
I gave both possibilities. I was 100% sure the downside was .03(meaning there was a possibility of losing .03, when it was at .03) and an upside of "being anyones guess." I say with 100% certainty that it is going to keep going up....not in a straight line of course.
As far as production goes, it should be obvious that there is a difference in saying " it was our largest single-month production batch to date" and there was no production. In saying "it did not meet the target we had for their first production batch," it meant KBLB was shooting for better performance. They will get there with an extremely high degree of certainty as the science is science. It has already proved out in the lab, and you can't give a reason for why it wouldn't be repeated in HCMC. May not perform perfectly, but it will improve. They know why it failed and set up conditions in the lab to optimize the numbers.
I'll take the largest ever delivery, and look for improvement.
