No matter what the reason. BioAmber was a complete failure hence the liquidation, end of the company and the screwing over of the creditors and shareholders. All
One has to do is read the financials to see BioAmber was a complete failure. BioAmber was so bad all they could muster up was $4.34 mil for all of its assets LOL!!
BioAmber was living on borrowed money as they never made enough to cover their expenses let alone make a profit. I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did looking at the financials as they were just degrees of bad and worse
