But, you're right - For, I CAN tend to "leave things open" a wee bit.....

3 reasons :

1) TIME & OBSERVATION may yet still be required and

2). I'm seeking others' FEEDBACK and

3) Acted-upon "determinations" should be those of OTHERS" not MINE
