It says right in the disclosures the Reg A shares were issued without restriction last year at a penny, which was a discount during last year's pump of the BS dividend and the fairy tale about a forward split. Those folks have already made their profit, and the company already got the cash and paid themselves. The fluffy PR today, where they're "talking" to their mining hosts about "thinking about possibly preparing to consider expansion" of the mining operations that have produce 2 bitcoins in over a year was probably a feeble attempt to get the PPS up to where they could give new lenders a decent discount on more stock. It's what they do.
And, once again, they don't have to sell converted preferred C's in a scam. That isn't the game. Getting cash to pay themselves for discounted stock from "investors" is the game.
