You don't open up a cannery in a pump and dump scam. KEGS will be one of the very few stocks to escape the OTC with a good reputation. IMO.

KEGS- Same here. Not often you see a CEO willing to:

Decrease the AS and OS of a company.

Do shareholder friendly, convertible debt restructuring

In some cases paying off debt with cash before it is allowed to convert.
