BioAmber IS dead. It was liquidated.

Some mention in a 5 1/2 year old publication does not change that.

Shares have no value, and that will not change.

How long will this charade last?

Well now it’s LCYB working with Lanzatech so I’m sure it will be good for LCY as they got all the assets and the plant for a STEAL at $4.34 mil lol. I guess LCY was smart as they acquired BioAmber for $4.34 mil and did t have to take the shares or the corp to do it LOL!! They didn’t have to pay the shareholders or the creditors for all the debt that failure BioAmber ran up. I’d say that makes LCY pretty dam smart. It was all
Legal and there will never be an investigation or lawsuit about it. They left BioAmber shareholders out in the cold holding their junk crying because they lost their investment even though the Caw Crew and the DD Fabricators said they would make
Millions on the liquidation of BioAmber LMFAO!!!

Why put up an article from long before the CCAA and resulting liquidation? Show some actual current articles.
Let’s see LCY go public as I want to read that story and bucket full of excuses when former BioAmber shareholders get nothing !
