I wouldn't go that far but it does help. I want to get back to doing more swimming again because that always did me right. I'm really fair skinned and freckled up. The sun has taken its toll on me because I never listened to sunscreen ads until it was too late.
I miss my house at the lake and don't think I'll ever be able to do that again on my own without just picking up and moving to it. That water was so clean, clear and devoid of chemicals but now I'm considering a pool or gym membership around here so I can always go for a dip when I feel the need.
