I do not think R/S is in the pipeline, he is a CEO of another co, and he also has control over GDET, and he got into the hyped "Metaverse" and so on, the cbd products already out in the markets are a huge number of them, most sells above $50 a piece!...

3Mil cap now, the debt amount is not that high for a bk, so neither R/S and nor bk is the best way to go, and I feel Balla is not interested in either of them...!. so, whats cooking, only Balla knows!! Lol!

Just thinking out loud, nothing to support the following thoughts:

May be, he is merging ubiq with GDET, as well might merge that imtl or merge the former two and keep IMTL separate, move some assets of gdet into imtl, the rest stays with ubiq, name change!. This process might yield a better structure for Canazall!
