And I think Mark has indeed made it clear he is hoping OTC will help with that. Hopefully he can get us through this process and move onto what he does best, which is finding and acquiring rights to pretty amazing books and cartoons.
Getting to that endpoint is made all the more likely the more he has folks on IHUB pointing out potential issues. I think it could end up being beneficial that he filed and then withdrew the Form 10-12g -- because it in essence give all of IHUB a chance to proofread the thing before the SEC really digs in on the resubmitted version. I'm pretty confident that Mark is paying attention to these discussions and will learn from any pointers people are offering.
