Indeed. This is the part of the Section 3(a)(10) scam that a very small percentage of the public actually understands. These kinds of court procedures are not new, where a company agrees to settle a debt with a claimant party, to be paid in shares. Non restricted, fully redeemable shares once the ink dries.
Both parties are actually complicit in the scheme, the stock issuer and the recipient of the shares via the faux lawsuit.
Just another vessel to bamboozle the retail public that does not know their way around the penny stock scam ropes, yet.
I've had offers to join the dark side for well over a decade. It's a relatively easy way to instantly acquire vast sums of wealth if you play the game.
But "playing" stock scam games also results in good people who believed in lies a lot of their personal wealth. So for me personally, I decline.
And a 3(a)(10) settlement is another license to steal from the retail marks. It is in effect, as witnessed today.
That was the vessel that opened the flood gates after the misleading press releases.
Retail players in the penny stock market probably thought that press release indicated that no convertible debt would be converted until such and such a fictional market cap for the KEGS scam.
And not a thought, or mention, about the Section 3(a)(10) settlement.
