Bank loan portfolio quality? I hadn't thought much about the banking industry until I started opening some of these credit card offers. Got another one from Citibank, 0% for one year, then 28.74% after that. Is that debt ever really going to get paid off? Perhaps huge write-downs coming in another year or two?

I'm just completely shocked by these loan shark rates. Seems like cc rates used to be 12.9%, 14%, that sort of thing.
