I have zero doubts here. No OTC CEO files a Form 10 to pump a stock. That's complete nonsense.

He can get this current, raise the AS slightly at the state level and get things rolling.

Form 10 is a timely process. So it'll be a few months before we know exactly what's happening here. But the CEO has other social media outlets.
