You don't actually know these things you're saying in this post. You say that he "will have to" reverse split the stock...

I am telling you there ARE other ways to bring in some capital. Will he use those other options? Who knows? But you do not know that he won't. Think about it, you really do not know enough to be saying he "will have to" do any particular path.
