compensated 333,000 free trading shares of Healthnostics corp. We have also received three million restricted shares. We are under contract to receive 333,000 shs on the 1st of every month for the next 3 months. We have been hired by Healthnostics inc, not a third party. As of now, We have not deposited the certificates into any account that can trade them. So we will NOT be selling shares at this time
