Making a conclusion based on such a statement is 100% false. That is an opinion not based on fact. What can be 100% proven is they make GREAT not good beer that people buy. So yes, the business they operate is 100% legitimate. The statements about them being involved in "penny stock shenanigans" is 100% false. Show the evidence and I don't mean by profitability either because this type of thing happens to many 100% legit businesses that are NOT publicly traded companies. That means nothing.
