The monitor reported forecasted fees for the sale of the Company

Can you tell everyone what is meant by forecasted fees?

Is it a past fee?
Is it a current fee?
Is it a future fee?

Since it is a future fee it is something that has not yet occurred. Does that answer the original question posed regarding BIOAQ?
