Tiger has certainly earned the right to play a limited schedule with no penalty on bonus money.

He is responsible for the explosion in the size of tournament purses starting in 1997.

Jack and Arnie got the Tour started and Tiger made the money explode. I don't think anyone on the Tour will complain about Tiger's schedule.
