LOL I still have an old ass remote (comcast) where none of the buttons work anymore except for the ones in the middle. I have to hit the channel guide button then scroll through to select.

Been meaning to go get it switched but just haven't gathered myself enough to get my lazy ass over there. I also have an ancient wireless modem that I bought from from Best Buy years ago so I didn't have to pay the cable company a lease fee.

My bill is still through the roof. It's the largest one I pay every month, like 240 bucks and I don't even have movies channels. The youngsters tell me I'm an idiot and give me all kinds of other options but I'm a creature of habit so I continue to get stuck.

edit: the f'n gas bill its starting to catch up though. I used less therms last year than I did this year but the price still almost doubled. The electric hasn't come yet but I'm sure it will be comparable.

No cable. ;-) Have been given a two year old - computer shop guy said it was Samsung mobile - by a friend at the pub though, so have (will have when i get a new sim and get it activated) taken a huge jump up in the tech world. I don't buy much of anything. More just chat, drink, gamble, pick weeds in the back, eat steamed veggies with a bit of meat and and enjoy here.

I had an old box tv until a flat was given to me by a young Thai guy when he moved out a few
years back. There's a flat silver thing with it which could be a video recorder or something. LOL
