Those were for the direct claims. The derivative claims were held in abeyance until the direct claims appeals were resolved. Does this mean the derivative claims can now proceed to trial?

He continues to lay out a defense strategy to avoid crippling liabilities, just after posting a big lie in the same sentece. What I denounced just a few hours before with a previous comment he posted.
The rights were momentarily transferred to the conservator in the Succession provision, necessary to carry out its mandate. For instance, the Voting Right, otherwise two-thirds common shareholder vote would still be needed. Our powers as well. So, no big deal.
But the property in the form of a stock and the economic interests therein, is still held by the shareholders in their broker account.
You continue to attempt to pass a Conservatorship off as Receivership, with the objective to downplay expectations and bottom fish the stocks.
