As I posted and it says in the complaint it's concerning the Palm Harbor location. But, the suit is against Pretzel Haus so would also have an affect on the one that WAS open and Grillit the company GRLT.
Seems Greg was doing work they hadn't had a permit for as well. The only permit issued was for the sign yet, the place was left uninhabitable becasue of unfinished construction work.
