Whatever. I was about to ask you to provide them. But this really is all a lot simpler than that.

If Mark can get this trading and quoted, then we win. If he can't, we don't.

I suppose he has a lawyer who thinks this will work or at least tells Mark that he thinks it will work. But perhaps you know the law better than Mark's attorney, and you'll end up being correct that it won't work. Either way, we will find out pretty soon. And in the meantime, most of us cannot trade anyway.

While we are waiting for mid-Feb or whatever, the next real test is whether Mark can get the audited numbers into a revised Form 10. You say he doesn't have the money and couldn't find an auditor to sign off even if he did. Okay, that's your opinion. We should be seeing evidence one way or the other pretty soon -- because if we don't get the audited numbers pretty soon then I think the SEC will start writing nasty comments on Mark's submission.
