Seriously? I doubt he does. His problem is he thinks it's bad because he doesn't know what it means. On social media it has empowered women to go after their abusers and in effect "cancel them" publicly. It has helped identify bad actors such as police doing the wrong thing. Like most conservatives he's very rigid and fixed in his thinking and knows little of what he posts about.
