Actually I am not sure that OTCM would sponsor a 211 for quoted trading on a ticker that had formerly been suspended and had already attempted a 211 as a registered issuer with no success…even if they were current.
Which is probably why he submitted the Form 10 in the first place and just didn’t go the OTC route to begin with.
