No this is a lie. Regardless of how desperate you are to maintain “hope”, you cannot say it "makes sense" that the company was sold in 2019 and that it is still restructuring. Those items conflict with each other.

There is no one working for this assetless shell.

Wow just more lies. There is no secret restructuring going on, never was and never will be.
The people who actually understand the process know that BioAmber ended in 2018. The ones who are in denial still think more is coming so they don’t have to admit losing their investment
