Whether the company is dumping shares or not there is absolutely no proof to support a claim one way or another. Absolutely none! But, let's assume they are, is that all bad especially if the AS is not increased? I mean, all company's need money to support their business model so we know it needs to come from somewhere. And, this is the OTC, not the big boards. This new business model appears to be pretty SOLID. If things go the way many believe, this could be pretty awesome here in BIEI Land! Remember, it's Risk vs Reward my friend! In the mean time, it looks like they are dotting the I's & crossing the T's before possibly the bigger news hits IMO! And, the share structure remains in tact. In other words, the share structure remains the same which is pretty solid for an OTC stock. Whether this succeeds or not, we will see soon enough. Anyways, GLTA!
