Never an issue, I thought once that my old keyboard was the reason I was typing poorly, all of the letters were basically worn away. So, I bought myself a brand-new keyboard, and I learned I still type poorly.
I have also been under the impression that I could write something easily, then started rereading some of the thoughts I had just typed. Once again, I can still get emotional on the issues of the day. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and I saw all of those Americans stranded at the Superdome, it was the same with Hurricane Sandy.
Many times, I sit with these computers and my TV and watch what is happening in America. Like the January 6th Insurrection, today I am getting ready for the fourth day of the Republican House vote for a speaker. I might have chuckled a few times the first two days, then yesterday I started to feel bad for America. We are supposed to be the leaders in Democracy and Freedom, but yesterday it was just sad to watch these Republican holdouts place names into nomination for Speaker that had absolutely no chance of winning.
I am also watching the stock market rally today thanks to excellent unemployment numbers. But that story will fade quickly when the House begins to vote. I pray something different happens today, it is sad watching Republicans keep having these stupid votes. I know they are Republicans, and it never bothers them. But never tell me that it is easier to talk to a conservative about anything when I watch them vote on their own speaker of the House.
