So it's easy to become SEC reporting? I ask this because there are other discussion boards where ones who are negative on the stock (stocks in general) point out that because the stock cannot become SEC reporting it is a fraud, a scam, take your pick.

Most are not SEC reporting because they are not able to become SEC reporting.
