I happen to prefer 8-Ks over blogs. I would have thought that most people agree. Evidently some do not.

Form 8K filings are a SEC requirement, so absolutely nothing to do with a dark filer like this sub-penny trash. Which is why the piece of shit hillbilly clown posted that nonsense to a marketing site (OTCMarkets) - it's quite literally utterly pointless, completely devoid of any financial, legal or other relevance whatsoever when filed on that site.

If Eric thinks what he did there constitutes anything within the realm of "significant," it just proves how far over his skies this man-boy really is in the business world.
