Appreciate the posts. Hard to make an educated guess when I haven't been involved in a SPAC deal before.

I don't believe EAC would want to hold Unique long term. Get it NASDAQ listed, sell it, get out with a profit.

Regardless, like to think this will run up into the January numbers.
