not sure this is the big deal that it is made out to be...
kblb had all the testing equipment at the Michigan lab...when prodigy opened up, samples were sent to michigan for testing...the hope was that that would suffice...
but it became clear that the same type of testing capabilities that michigan possesses would also be required in vietnam...so equipment was purchased and installed at prodigy...
