Of course, there is a lien. Read the dang lawsuit your hero Eddie Vakser filed. The main issue of the original lawsuit was bullying BM into removing said lien. Vakscam threw in defamation in that original filing to try and intimidate his former business partner that he obviously screwed over royally. Vakser later filed an amended petition removing the defamation as he must have been absolutely terrified of the detailed discovery he would have been required to produce for the case to go forward. Vaksham at this point is doing nothing to move the case forward. He hasn't ponied up the paltry $3,000.00 for an evaluation that the judge is requiring. The case is DOA!

And, again, why try to enforce a lien when there is absolutely nothing that could be collected?

So Eddie hired a lawyer and sued Barry and the State of Texas over a non issue ???

No comment? Barry sez Eddie dropped his lawsuit and he's foreclosing on his lien. He may be crazy and legally incompetent but it appears he is succeeding in doing what he said. You had quite a lot to say before that enthralled the board. I'm sure people would love to hear your take on this.
