If this is true then answer the following questions:
1. Why did FINRA halt trading the last 2 days we could sell and get out of our MMTLP positions?
2. Since we did not get out of our MMTLP positions, why have we not received our NextBridge Hydrocarbon private shares for a 1 to 1 swap from our MMTLP shares as was clearly documented in the Meta Materials filing, as of today? Today happens to be 2 weeks after the delivary/conversion date to Nextbridge Hydrocarbons private shares on Dec 14, 2022?
3. Why am I still holding temporary CUSIP# for my ex-MMTLP shares at my two brokerages?
4. Why when I call my brokerages to ask where are my Nextbridge private shares, I get stonewalled by them sending me on a wild goose chase where they tell me to call AST the transfer agend which in turn tells me to call the DTCC which in turn tells me to contact my broker and this process never resolves on how to get my Nextbridge private shares?

Please answer these questions before posting here to the community that all what others have posted is BS.

What makes you think the pumpers are not working for the shorts to lead the lemmings over a cliff while they pull the rug like now under their naive feet. I warned people this looked pretty bad when TRKA was trading today at around $0.50. Look at it now 50% lower and falling to hell.
My condolensces to all of the bagholders who got screwed/conned by the hypsters on youtube and tweeter. Lesson to you dont listen to these scum bags out to deceive you and steal your money.
One thing about me, I call a spade a spade. I will never intentionally deceive anyone on these boards.
