Not correct. It is 100% clear that this company was liquidated and is now an assetless shell that can not trade again.
The documentation around this is a a solid as it can get, and I have no idea how anyone could disagree with that after no communication from the shell in over 4 years.

No solid information except a mountain of court records, monitor reports (from one of the largest firms in the world. Spare me the lawsuits, immaterial) lawyer letters, FINRA yanking the ticker, etc. Sure, no solid information. Pathetic.
I have 100% solid information. It all come from the very detailed monitors reports. I also have 100% concrete evidence in the form of all the court documents not to mention the approval of the liquidation by those 2 federal judges. All of that evidence shows and proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that former bio Amber shareholders lost their entire investment, and nothing more is ever coming. You are right though the good things coming car crew have absolutely no evidence because there will never be evidence of something that could never happen if something is a made up lie
