But if they just once thought with a little bit of marketing thrown in for good measure even if they're waiting on firming up a deal or adding another they know they're going forward so announcing FID on the first vessel as you say would do no harm and would help push pending deals across the finish line.
MrC, it's not like this has been a plan for the last 6 mos. This has been a 5 year process, so who knows if they are coordinating these events concurrently or consecutively
