Speculation since if share holders voted yes AMC would have paid down huge debt in the billions at the 50 buck range

LOL! Smart money sold this POS down. I was way too aggressive in formerly predicting that fair value for AMC was as high as $8 - $8.15. I did not think the financials would be so bad the last 2 quarters. Looking pretty desperate and bleak here right now with this latest announcement. Look for AMC and APE to trade more closely together in the $2.00 - $2.50 range near term.
