i dont think AA is going to do any more voting. He already have what he needed with APE. He could care less about Retail now.

The APES have no one to blame but themselves. They campaigned hard against the shareholder vote to authorize more AMC common shares in mid-2021 and had a huge social media campaign to vote against the authorization at a time when AMC could have sold a relatively small number of new AMC common shares in the $40 - $50+ range to raise Capital and pay down/off its mountain of debt, and the vote failed. Now, AMC and AA had to do the work-around with the issuance of the Preferred APE shares, which dropped to an essentially worthless penny stock. And after APE shares fell so precipitously AA had no other choice than to design another workaround. If AMC shareholders had voted in mid-2021 to authorize additional common shares, the preferred APE shares would never have come into existence, and AMC would likely be totally debt free today and a much stronger company. SMH
