It's like 19* here. About 3 weeks ago my party missed a very badly marked turn on the Mountain to Sea Trail (MST) and it almost caused us to get seriously turned around. We were walking 6 miles (mostly uphill) from Stone Mountain State Park (NC) almost to Doughton Park on the Blue ridge Parkway (actually Devils Garden overlook). So a friend and myself made two signs and went back this past Saturday and put them up on the trail. Just an arrow to turn left and the initials MST.
