I for one still contend that, WITH THE WORLD GETTING READY TO GO INTO ANOTHER foreclosure climate, COOP would be absolutely misguided to sell an arm of the company that deals in SELLING FORECLOSED PROPERTIES.....................

It makes little to NO NO NO sense what so ever, unless it is just another one of those GOOD OL BOY DEALS to sell it off to a GROUP OF BUDs................................. whittling away at the structure of COOP, selling ASSETS is NOT PRUDENT unless one absolutely HAS TO OR seriously needs the cash......APPARENTLY COOP isn't in either of those positions at this point
