Pump and dumps can have a “material effect” on a stock’s price.

And in this case after Dec 8 any stock purchased in the market was not going to be eligible for the the NB stock.

That made it effectively worthless.

And yet it was being pumped to high heaven over the bullshit notion of a huge naked short.

FINRA did their job and they did it exactly right.

And yes a U3 is rare. But then the situation with MMTLP was a rare as well.
