An OTC....looks like they're protecting someone who was a huge naked shorter, imo. TDA is that way, imo.

Recalling what they did with $HCMC two years ago. If I remember correctly, as it rose off of .0001, they locked out sellers at .001, and then it ran and ran, then dropped back to Earth. Stock never recovered. Still holding 2M $0.0001 shares. Forever, probably.
