could you be more specific in your reply to my post asking you to present your postulate that there are amendments to the chapter 11 closing that allows for more equity payouts than was given to classes 19, and 22.? the chapter 11 filing states these classes were impaired, with no reinstatement after finalization of the closing, yet you state something as being strategic... could you explain what is strategic, and how it impacts future payments?....
