gfp : I am convinced that 2023 is going to be a horrid year for investors. I think general equities will drop 30-40% from current levels. And still not be at the ultimate bottom. PEs have a lot further to fall, the Dividend Yield needs to rise significantly, and we have to get beyond investor pain to the level of investor despair. Secular Bear markets end with a whimper, at a point where there are no sellers left. Between now and then we have to endure a lot more willing selling, followed by forced selling at any price. Lots of Pension funds will have to go belly up, and more than a few insurance companies and banks as well. The our evil and corrupt government can use the crisis to usher in their digital monetary and social credit system where they control just about every aspect of our lives.
