HERA is explicit in saying a court can not check it

a ton of judges listened to that instruction --- and then some did not (think En Banc)

seems similar

Congress wrote the funding method for both the consumer B and FHFA
why can a court ?
again - I think any decision will be SUBJECTIVE or POLITICAL and then lots of words showing how it is the constitution ----- bull (before they decide either way)
