Unfortunately the otc has become filled with flipper Etrader wannabes and its fashionable to pop off negative chit in order to squeeze a couple more tenths of a penny out of the share price.....

So then they buy and then when the share price goes up a couple ticks they sell. And of course after they buy they pump up the jam.
