You didn't read. They clarified the float in today's PR. When someone asked about the float YESTERDAY I replied it had yet to be determined because there were 23 million non beneficially owned shares.
There are still 215 million shares that WILL BE ADDED TO THE OS AND BALLOON THE MARKET CAP 36X FROM CURRENT LEVELS.
