All of it is still part of the charter, stox, even if the instruments were sold off.

cotton says Miller has it wired; they're coming back.

They wanted the NOLs for a reason.

If it isn't to re-emerge with the charter, it could be to wind down all the sub debt & CTs.

But, like everyone else here, I am waiting for the ship to come in and it could be still out in the Caymans or the Bahamas with SBF for all I know.
