You keep missing the fact about the change in shares from the R/S. The cap remains the same, each share gets a bigger slice of the pie. When the float is that low with a decent revenue base, shares hit dollars. If you don't think that EV is going to be able to do multi millions in revs going forward, why are you here?

--actually (it's 9,900%). Let's put it another way...

If today's .0004 stock achieved a 9,900% gain the price would be .04 ($0.04 cents). That too would result in a market cap of 300 million without a reverse split. Apparently Ken thinks 4 cents would impress those whose attention he covets on the NYSE.

But he clearly knows he'll be unable to lift the the stock to .04 and a $300 million market cap with the current O/S. So he plans to lift the stock to .04 the easy way via his 1-for-100 R/S even though the market cap will remain the same measly $3 million it is today. Provided people won't start dumping shares which they always seem to do. The only difference being they can fall 99.75% after his R/S instead of 75% now.

It won,t happen over night. But if you time stamp all his videos. You can see this is getting more traction than Ken thought. A video 2 years ago he was talking about going public in 5 to 7 years. 5 years faster now. He thought 100 to 115 hotels franchised by December 2022. Brian on October 1st said they have 119 hoteliers. I just put that together. Hoteliers. Some of these hoteliers will have multiple hotels. This will have the sizzle and get pumped hard.. Drew Brees was just pumping stacks launch date. You can look it up on Brian Esposito twitter account on December 2 to see. These are the type of athletes that will be joining EV Hotel. Think of the Crypto Exchanges building some EV Hotel. Ken said many have showed interest from a video a year ago. Once Bapes clan starts pumping this, it will rocket. They are partners. Then think of his partners. Air bnb or Marriott deals. He is in with aviation. Those will be partners. Think of rich shieks that will be joining. 1 hotel in Dubai so far. How big will that be and how many stars. Just found out EV will have 2 hotels in Vegas. Ken will have info on the Novus project. Ken will have numbers on his NFT rewards. People think dilution. Nope NFT have been raising huge cash for start up,s. You can look up flying fish NFT sales. All this info has been in the works for 5 years. Why he is 5 years ahead of schedule on going public. Once people start seeing how quick this is moving they tend to go long and not flip because of the explosive growth that EV Hotel has. If Expedia wanted to buy him out months ago.
